Legal Structure
Twinblade Technologies Holding Sweden AB, 556695-2155 (TTH) and the company Twinblade Power Tools AB, 556456-6012 (TPT) will be
merged as soon as possible.
The companies will operate under the brand name Alligator Pro Tools.
In TPT, new patents have been developed which mean further improved effect when it applies to hijackings with our double-blade
technology and which also broaden customer use in certain areas.
Our business plan tries to explain the unique technology in a descriptive way to stakeholders should understand the possibilities and the
major uses, where only the imagination is limiting.
In the coming merger, an assessment will be made of how the new patents in TPT must be valued and how the equity will be increased, as
the value of the patents this will improve the solvency of the merger of the two legal entities.
Against the market, the name ¨Alligator Pro Tools¨ will be used and its market value hopefully increase in value.
TTH will be the legal entity that will become the parent company and will become the entity that, for example will be listed on a stock list
by 2020.
